After sales service commitment
1. The products we provide to you guarantee that the goods are brand new and pass the quality inspection. 2. We are willing to send technical personnel to the installation site of the goods for technical consultation, cargo quantity budgeting and guidance, installation, debugging, cooperation in start-up and trial operation, and to be responsible for solving manufacturing defects found during the installation, debugging, and trial operation of the contracted goods. 3. If there are any technical service requirements, we can negotiate with you and fax them to you in writing. 4. After the expiration of the contract, if requested by your side, we will provide you with repair and maintenance at a reasonable price, and provide you with all relevant technical information on improving the goods free of charge. 5. We welcome your delegation of a supervision representative to the factory for supervision and factory inspection, and are willing to provide all conveniences in terms of work and life for the supervision representative. 6. After the installation of the goods is completed, we can send personnel to participate in debugging and solve any problems as soon as possible. At any time during the execution of the contract, if we are responsible for the necessary inspection, testing, retesting, repair, or replacement, we will fully bear the cost of repair, replacement, and retesting. 7. During the execution of the contract, if there are defects in our goods, errors in technical data, or errors by our technical guidance personnel resulting in rework or scrapping of the goods, we will immediately replace them free of charge and bear all expenses incurred for the replacement at the installation site.
